New York-based legal firm, Morrison Cohen LLP, has launched the “Moco Cryptocurrency Litigation Tracker”, which provides info on all active legal proceedings in the United States involving cryptocurrency companies.
Morrison Cohen is a leader in cryptocurrency and blockchain litigation. The tracker displays information about the ongoing proceedings that are taking place in the US and are arranged in chronological order and according to the character of the litigation.
The tracker currently contains such sections as Regulatory Litigation and Proceedings, Summary Suspensions/Cease and Desist Orders, Class Action and Other Private Litigation.
In addition, the tracker will also provide information about select US regulatory pronouncements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and the New York State Department of Financial Services.
The company says the Cryptocurrency Litigation Tracker serves as a clearinghouse for the industry to keep track of trends, in order to know what the regulators and plaintiffs’ lawyers are thinking, both to prevent against future litigation and to develop defenses to current actions. It is not intended as legal advice, nor should it be used as such.
